Are there things I should take into account before coming to Dierenrijk?
For our guests (from 13 years old) a corona ticket and ID is necessary for a visit to an animal park. Don’t forget your mouth cap for the indoor locations.
Don’t have a corona ticket yet? Then have yourself tested before your visit. View all information about Testing for access here and make an appointment immediately.
In addition, Dierenrijk asks you to book your visit in advance, so that everyone enters the park in a pleasant way. Excluded are season ticket holders and guests of the holiday parks. For guests of the holiday parks, the Attraction Pass is sufficient.
Of course, your safety and that of our animals and employees is paramount. That is why we ask you to keep 1,5 meters away from other guests and employees. Naturally, people stay at home with complaints of a cold, cough, sore throat or fever.
How should we reserve our time blocks?
The time blocks can be booked online via our ticket shop. Here you can make a step-by-step reservation for a time block that suits you. Please note that if no time block is selected, the reservation will not be made. This does not apply to subscription holders.
How should the tickets be scanned at the entrance of the park?
You can print the tickets, but you can also show the tickets on your phone or tablet.
What measures are being taken in Dierenrijk to guarantee the safety of everyone?
For safety reasons, a number of measures have been taken to ensure your safety and that of our animals and employees.
I have a child aged 0 to 2 years, these tickets are free, do I need to request a ticket?
Because we only allow a maximum number of people per day, the little ones must also book a ticket. Entry is not possible for people for whom no ticket has been reserved. This does not apply to subscription holders.
Are all animals visible during my walk through Dierenrijk?
Yes, all animals are visible. Only the run-through enclosure of the ring-tailed lemurs is currently closed. However, the ring-tailed lemurs can still be seen in their enclosure.
I already have a promotional ticket (such as DPG Media and ANWB) with a validity until 20-12-2021. Will the validity be extended?
The duration of these promotions will be extended until June 30, 2022. For further questions, please contact the ticket provider. Also for these tickets, a visit day and time slot must be reserved on the website (“I already have a ticket”).
I already have a ticket via a lottery (such as BankGiro Loterij and Nationale Postcode Loterij) for the period that the park was closed. Can I go to the park at another time?
If you have made a reservation in the period from 20 December 2021 to 25 January 2022 via a lottery, you will receive a message from the relevant lottery with the new code, so that you can make a new reservation. For further questions about tickets via a lottery, please contact the ticket provider via info@uitstapjenaarkeuze.nl or info@dagjewegnaarkeuze.nl.
