Are there things I should take into account before coming to Dierenrijk?
It goes without saying that your safety and that of our animals and employees come first. Naturally, people stay at home with complaints of a cold, cough, sore throat or fever. If a housemate or family member is bothered by this, the entire household stays at home.

Dierenrijk uses a maximum number of visitors per day for safety reasons. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance.

Please note: this also applies to season ticket holders, people who have bought a ticket (through an action partner) or who have won a ticket. Exceptions are guests of the holiday parks; the Attraction pass is sufficient for them. If you don’t have a ticket yet, you can only purchase it online in our webshop.

If you already have a ticket or are you a season ticket holder, reserve your entrance.
If you don’t have a ticket yet, order it online for € 19.00 each.

Is it necessary to submit a negative corona test for my visit to Dierenrijk?
No corona ticket is required for access to Dierenrijk. The catering industry is equipped with pick-up points with seating.

I have reserved my entrance online but I have lost my e-ticket, what now?
You will receive a confirmation of your ticket (s) by e-mail. Consult this confirmation email to download the ordered tickets or contact the ticket provider.

What measures are taken in ZooParc to guarantee the safety of everyone?
For safety reasons, a number of measures have been taken to guarantee your safety and that of our animals and employees.

  • There is a maximum number of visitors per day in the park. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance
  • Tickets can only be purchased online to avoid queues at the box office
  • Disinfection gel is available at every toilet facility and shop, which you can use for free
  • The catering industry is equipped with pick-up points with seating.
  • Naturally, people stay at home with complaints of a cold, cough, sore throat or fever. If a housemate or family member is bothered by this, the entire household stays at home.

Can I use the toilets?
All toilets in the park are accessible to visitors, whether or not in an adapted form. One person (with the exception of parent with child) can enter at the same time per toilet room.

How should we reserve our time slots?
The time slots can be booked online through our ticket shop. Here you can make a reservation step by step for a time slot that suits you. Keep in mind that if no time block is selected, the reservation will not be made

How should the tickets be scanned at the entrance of the park?
The tickets can be printed, but can also be displayed by phone or tablet.

Can I buy something to eat or drink in the park?
Yes, the catering establishments have collection points where you can buy a drink and / or snack. There is no indoor seating, but there are picnic areas outside, which can be used with your own group.

Where can I park my car?
Cars can only be parked in the parking lot of Dierenrijk. To drive out, you need a parking coin which you need to buy online in advance and which you will receive at the ticket control.
