Are there things that I have to take into account before I come to Dierenrijk?
Naturally, your safety and that of our animals and employees is paramount. Obviously, people stay at home with complaints of the common cold, cough, sore throat or fever. If a housemate or family member suffers from this, the entire household remains at home.
Dierenrijk uses a maximum number of visitors per day for safety reasons. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance.
Note: this also applies to subscription holders, people who have bought a ticket (via a promotion) or have won a ticket. If you do not have a ticket yet, you can only purchase it online in our webshop. Excepted are guests of the holiday parks; the Attraction Pass is sufficient for them.
I have reserved my access online but I lost my e-ticket, what now?
You will receive a confirmation of your ticket (s) by email. Consult this confirmation email to download the ordered tickets or contact the ticket issuer.
